I, welcome visitors of this web page. The School was established initially with P.G. course in the subject "Library & Information Sciences" during 1999-2000. The University introduced its first P.G. course in the subject "M. A. Mass Communication & Journalism" during the academic year 2007. Subsequently Second P.G. course “M. A. Electronic Media” was introduced in the year 2008. This year school is about to introduce a five year integrated course “MA Mass Media” and four applications oriented "certificate programs"i.e. "Certificate Program in Digital Film Making", "Certificate Program in Film Appreciation", "Certificate Program in Radio Production", "Certificate Program in Creative Writing for Electronic Media"

School of Media Studies is one of the fastest growing Media departments in India, offering quality media education to the students from Marathwada region. The objectives of the school are:
