Admission to the school are based on merit at graduate level examination. School offers three Post graduate courses. They are Master of Social Work (M.S.W.), Master of Arts in Sociology (M.A. Sociology), Masters of Arts in Applied Economics (M.A. Applied Economics). All courses are of two years duration distributed over four semesters with CGP. Eligibility for M.S.W. and M.A. Sociology course is any graduate with at least 40% marks, eligibility for M.A. Applied Economics is graduation with economics as one subject at graduation level with at least 40% marks. Facility for research leading to Doctorate degree in Sociology and Social Work is also available.
