The Department of French runs Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses in French. These are courses OPEN TO ALL who wish to learn French for professional, academic or personal reasons. The Department carries out admissions for Certificate Course in French every semester (in June and December) and for Diploma Course in French and Advanced Diploma Course in French every June.

- Entrance test will be taken by the department to establish equivalency in case of student having any certificate other than one issued by SRTMUN or international DELF/DALF Certifications dated within the previous 5 years. All students whose certificates are older than 5 years will have to give entrance test for direct admission to Diploma/Advanced Diploma Course in French.
