Annual Activity Calendar 2019-20 (NSS)

April

  • Preparation of annual action plan for effective implementation of NSS activities during every year.
  • Selection of volunteers for summer mega State National Level camp.
  • District wise audit camp for expenditure incurred on NSS activities at college and University level.

 

May

  • Selection of volunteers for AVHAN (State Level Disaster Management Camp.)
  • Preparation of consolidated statement of expenditure and annual report.
  • Identify most popular activities done by NSS.

 

June

  • Distribution of grant to the college NSS units
  • Planning meeting with Programme officers
  • Observation of word environment day on 5th June
  • Tree plantation
  • Cleanliness drive
  • Celebration of International Yoga Day.
  • International Youth Day
  • Participation in State/National/Level Mega campus and Disaster Management Camp (AVHAN)

 

July

  • Enrolment of NSS volunteers up to 15th July
  • Vanmohtasav Week 1st to 7th July plantation as per situation.
  • Constitution of University/College advisory Committee.
  • 1st Meeting of NSS advisory committee.
  • District level Youth Leadership Development Camps.
  • Submission of “Audit Report” to the Government.

 

August

  • Orientation programme for ones NSS volunteer by all the NSS units.
  • Identify slum and village for adoption of special camp.
  • Planning of Skill Development Programme.
  • Beginning of NSS regular activities in college and adopted villages/slum areas.
  • Selection of volunteers for Pre-NRD/Pre-SRD camp organized by host University.
  • Organization of mock drills at District & Taluka level.
  • Organization of “ Yuvati Karyshala” ( for Four District.) 

 

September

  • Participation of volunteers in pre republic day parade (State & National level) State leavel seletion camp.
  • Celebration of University foundation day and Maharathwada Mukti Sangram Din on 17th
  • Celebration of Sociel Awareness Week 17-24 September.
  • NSS foundation day celebration 24th
  • Celebration of publicity week from 24th September to 2nd
  • Distribution of Certificates of volunteer s who completed 2 years of NSS work and completes one special camp.
  • Six Month report summation (Half Yearly) April to Sept.

 

October

  • Organization of various programmes on the blood donation, to create awareness among youth and society.
  • Rally for blood donation awareness 1st
  • Finalizing camp site by NSS unit.
  • Organization of special camp by NSS Unit up to Feb. end.
  • Gandhi Jayanti and communal Harmony day 2nd

 

November

  • Celebration of Qumami Ekta week 19-25 November.
  • Participation of NSS volunteers in State and National level camps.

 

December

  • Organization of World AIDS Day 1st
  • Organization of Skill Development Programme suggested by authority of NSS 1-7 Dec. Anti AIDS week celebration by organizing various programmes related to AIDS.

 

January

  • Savitribai Phule Jayanti
  • Deputation of volunteers for Republic day parade ( State & National.)
  • Selection & deputations of volunteers for Utkarsha (Social Cultural Festival.)
  • Participation of volunteers in adventure camp.
  • Selection of volunter for the State Leavle Prerna camp.

 

February

  • Review & Scrutiny of reports received from colleges.
  • Prepartion of list of volunteers for addition incentive marks.
  • Review meeting of the year for programme officers.
  • Prepartion of annual NSS activity report.
  • Prepartion of final annual NSS activity report.
  • Calling nomimation and scrutiny for NSS awards (District  Leavel, State and National Leavel.)

 

March

  • Preparation of expenditure statement regular and special camping activity.
  • Preparation of annual consolidated report of innovation programme.
  • Submit list of NSS Volunteers eligible for additional 05 Marks at the final examination.
