Sub-Centre facilitating unit of SRTM University for affiliated Colleges & Students
The Primary objective of establishing a sub-centre of the University at Parbhani was to reduce the financial burden of the students and 72 affiliated colleges of Parbhani District alone to commute several times to University headquarters at Nanded for minor administrative and examination related issues/ requirement by facilitating the same work through sub centre.
After a fully fledge unit of sub centre to facilitate the required work was develop and establish, following services are rendered from here:
* Receiving application with fees from students directly as well as from college for issue of convocation Degree Certificate.
* Receiving application with fees from colleges regarding revaluation or providing photocopy of the University examination's answer book.
* Receiving application with fees from colleges regarding verifications of Marks on the answer books of students.
* Receiving application with fees from students directly as well as from colleges related to correction of Names/Subjects on examination Hall Tickets and on issued Mark sheets.
* Distribution of mark memo's packets to all the colleges of Parbhani district after publication of concerned results.
* Organizing CAPs for the subject at the sub-centre as directed by Director Examination and Evaluation centre.
* Providing information to the seekers on telephone or in person regrading all activities of the university and sub-centre.
The sub-centre ensured the speedy delivery of these collected forms and other documents at the concerned sections of the university's Head quarter, Nanded Similarly, endeavours are maid each time for the quick communication to the concerned regarding the required issues.
