I started my academic career from college and university of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, after that I joined SSSMG College Phulambari (Maharashtra ) as a lecturer. 

Now I am currently working as Professor and Director in School of Educational Sciences at SRTM University, Nanded, Maharashtra.
