The Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded has introduced the Choice based Credit System (CBCS) for UG Courses at New Model Degree College from the academic year 2011-12. This is the first undergraduate college to introduce CBCS pattern in the university jurisdiction. Each programme (B.A., B. Com., B.Sc. (Biotechnology), B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.B.A, & M. Com. consists of number of courses (Papers / subjects of study offered by particular programme i.e. B.A. Honors (Eco, History, Sociology & Poli Sci.), B.B.A, B. Com., B.Sc. (Biotechnology), B. Sc. (Computer Science), M. Com. & M.Sc. (Computer Science) for these Six programme there are some common courses, some core courses and few complementary courses.
