Late. Uttamrao Rathod Tribal Development & Research Center, Kinwat

About Center
Situated in a NITI Aayog-notified Aspirational Block, the Centre plays a crucial role in bridging the higher education gap among tribal youth. In this remote and forested region, geographical isolation and socio-economic challenges often force students to discontinue their education. Many talented students are compelled to migrate to distant cities under difficult circumstances to pursue higher studies.
To address these challenges, the Government of Maharashtra has provided:
✔ Land for institutional development
✔ Financial support for construction of the main building
✔ Salary grants for 15 staff members
These initiatives ensure the sustained growth and impact of the Sub-Centre in empowering tribal students through quality higher education.
